Sir,I am a CKD stage 3a patient.nephrologist prescrib me nicardia XL 30 TDs or prazocin XL 5 bd.so now in winter BP shoot up so he started metoprolol with those med. But metoprolol cause bradycardia. So he shift me to carvdelol XL 20 mg od.but it's not sufficient to controll 24 hrs BP but if I take 20mg propranolol short acting TDs then my BP is near normal. I also tried long acting propranolol but it cause chest pain or discomfortness.so I use short acting propranolol .kindly advise me should I continue this.

Sir, I am taking Embeta TM 25 morning and night. BP normally becomes under control. However, now a days BP is not under control and remains elevated at night time after 8 pm for which I need to take double dose. Should I increase my dose to 50 mg at a time at night instead of doubling the dose at 2 hours interval till it becomes normal as before? Seeking your expert advise and help 🙏

Sir my age is 28 and weight is 77.......sir mai thyroid ka patient hu......aur mai psychiatry ka medicine bhi le rha hu anxiety, depression ka......sir mai ghr pe omron ka digital bp machine rakha hu.....jab bhi ghar per bp check karta hu toh bp ka reading 150/105 rehta hai.....sir kya mujhe bp ki medicine start kar deni chahiye? Ya phir anxiety ya overthinking ke wajah se bp high rehta hai kya sir?
