Sir ji mujhe hypocondrisis vahm ki bimari hai jiski vajah se anxiety hoti hai mai anulom bilom brahmri and udgeet kar raha hu 2month se or medicine bhi kha raha hu stress and anxiety ki ab brahmri karne ke bad head mai piche ki taraf khichab hota hai koi problem to nahi hai mai subha sam karta hu pranayam please reply jaror kare

Ho sakta hai per doctor kahe waise hi karna hai, don't take any medical decisions (such as stopping medicines) on your own bcoz high bp is a serious condition.

Brisk walk or slow jogging can help. When you jog in the initial phase jog for a minute, then walk for the same time. Thereafter jog-walk say for 5-10 minutes alternately. Gradually increase the time. One should not exert. In case you feel tired, stop. One should judge his/her own capacity. If you are a senior citizen brisk walk over distance of 4-5 KMC at a moderate speed should be sufficient.

Well what i can google to write u have to take it positively and if possible give a reply by way of reply to this comment. I watched this video and. Yesterday i was warching Baba Ramdev and Grandmaster Aksshar. While their videos are more or less similar yours is totally different from theirs. Ramdevji was very briefly talking about Chandrabhedi pranayam stress was more on Shitali and Shitkari. So question is who is correct. Pl let me know. Thanks in anticipation.
