Yeah, this is a younger version of Ambessa Medarda who had a small part in Arcane season 1 but will have a larger role in season 2 and will be playable in LoL soon as well And my read on the meaning of the video is that she is having a vision while near death on the battlefield, remembering her journey from being an innocent child (the lamb) to becoming a warrior (the wolf), and through this she gains the determination to get back up and survive for the sake of her future children

nah, Kindred (wolf) which is death in league universe, approached her and gave her chance to stay alive by ambessa fighting gods of war and sacrificing her child (you can see the little statue with lamb + you see the bump on her belly at start). She was able to fight, receive gift from kindred and come back to life. EDIT: Plus you can see at the end of video when she gains her position and is accepted by kindred, there is like little switches between her in armor and her child in womb and when the child opens its eyes, she comes back to life)
