Yah! A video for these two! Every damn man is in love with her, but I think Tom/Abby is my fave pairing for sure. I watch both "Walker" series, but I definitely enjoy "Independence" more since historical fiction is my preference. And, totally, like you, I am not into westerns at all, but I love this.

There's also Kate, literally every ship sails so well with Abby, this show is killing me. But yeah, Tom/Abby are the most interesting and imho make the most sense once they figure the whole "dead husband" thing isn't his doing. Hopefully. 'Cause otherwise there's no way it works and I really want this endgame.

Hopefully it will not get cancelled and we will get more seasons. As to them being a couple, not to spoil anything but we don’t know if he is a good guy yet. The jury is still out as to who he really is and what he may or may not have done. He is taken with her, but she is not there yet. You will have to watch to understand why. Really hope we get season 2 soon. 😊

-I haven't seen the latest episode so I'm waiting to watch this until I have- BUT AHHASDAK SOMEONE AS TALENTED AND BIG NAME AS YOU EDITING THIS AMAZING SHOW IS LITERALLY EARLY HOLIDAY GIFT, AHHHH. As much as I love Walker, I'm finding myself MORE invested in this show. And these two - I was NOT expecting to fall as hard for them as I have. Honestly, Tom and Calian are my two picks for who Abby MAY end up with (unless she's already pregnant with Liam's kid, which could mean her and Kate are a thing since there has to be SOME way the modern-day Walkers exist). I've actually heard speculation from other fans online that if they go Tom x Abby, they could have Tom break away from the Davidson's and take Walker as a last name (which would also tie into the on-going modern feud between Walker's and Davidson's). Sorry I'm rambling after just trying to explain how amazing I find this without having even watched it yet - finding someone else who knows about this show and watches it is like a needle in a haystack I swear.

Ahhhhh okay, this show and this ship and Tom freaking Davidson live in my head rent-free, soooo huge reply incoming. :'D I don’t watch Walker itself. I tried watching the first few episodes but I just couldn’t get into it, so I honestly wasn’t expecting anything from Windy. I was mainly starting it for Kat, so I was very surprised when by like episode 3 I started bombarding my close friends who have no intention of watching it with screenshots of EVERYTHING. Like yeah, it feels like nobody watches it and just WHY. HOW. It’s so good it’s unfair. I LOVE what the show is doing with Tom. I honestly think he’s amazingly written, I wish some huge productions had that lever of character writing. Like he starts off as the bad guy just because Abby says so and there are some very circumstantial evidence pointing to it (esp. the blood on the shirt a week after the murder) and we believe it. As the audience we’re just like yep, he’s our villain, no questions about it, everything he does in the beginning is shady and evil-y. And then by episode 4 when his aunt comes to town, we kind of start detaching from that Abby’s view and start seeing there’s more to him. And by ep. 7 you’re almost sure that he’s not the villain he was presented as and him being Liam’s killer just doesn’t correlate with everything he’s done in Independence so far. idk what doesn’t click for me the most about him killing Liam is Liam’s killer shooting Abby as well. Tom doesn’t come across as coldblooded, on more than one occasion he’s been reluctant to kill, so like okay, even if the Davidsons needed Liam dead (why though if he was on their payroll...), why his widow? Not like she could REALLY see the face in the pitch dark and testify. As far as Abby’s baby daddy goes, I’m not sure how much time has passed since Liam was killed, but I think a month at least did, if not more? So it seems that ship has sailed. Since I don’t watch the main show I’m not sure why exactly Hoyt doesn’t make much sense aside from… someone with the same face and name being there as well and not being a Walker? xD But that leaves Tom and Calian and both options are well-developed so far, so I’m good with either. But Tom eventually cutting loose from the Davidsons makes a lot of sense to me. He said that his dad is a tough man to please or something like that. His aunt is clearly manipulating him. And that asylum bit is just stuck in my head. I’ve done some reading on 19th century asylums (this show is THAT stuck in my head goddamit), and yep, those were hellish places the outlaws as well were sent to. But I sorta have this headcanon Tom was sent there BY his family?.. We know he was an outlaw, we know the Davidsons are influential, so I’m pretty sure whatever trouble he was in they could get him out of. OR they could lock the problematic piece of the family tree away and then “save” him and use him, threatening to send him back?.. I’m pretty sure the explanation will be different because the writers are definitely smarter than me, but that’s the explanation and potential reason for him to become Mr. Walker (or just... stopping being a Davidson) I’m going with for now. Phew. Sorry it turned out that long.

Amazing video!! When I started watching this show, I was not expecting to love it as much as I do, and love every single character. I have actually shipped Abby and Tom since the beginning because IMO they have so much chemistry(as all the cast do with each other). At he beginning though, I seen no hope for these two to get together, because we all thought Tom killed Abby's husband and shot her. I'm really happy though that seems to not entirely be the case anymore. I actually do think Tom/Abby will get together eventually over the seasons, which I really hope this show gets renewed. I've been wanting to make an edit of these two also, but sadly I can't find really any scenes of this show on KZbin. I use Kapwing(😭) so I can directly use KZbin videos, because I can't figure out how to find clips of shows so I could use another editing program. Hopefully one of these days, clips from this show will be uploaded on here, so I can make an edit also, even though it won't be nearly as good as yours! 😃

I actually started off shipping her with Kate and Calian more because I try not to get into potentially problematic ships for my own sanity buuuut now that we’re almost sure he’s not the killer we’re, well, here with this video. :D And either way Tom and Abby have the most interesting dynamic, I really need this show to have more seasons to see where it goes. :c
