You can back it up with pattern recognition - game is stuck in development hell for years - the dev team is a revolving door of hires and firings - the team tries to "put a new spin on the game", ignoring what fans want How often have you seen all these factors and have it turn out a good game?

While this is indeed a WoD based game, TCR version doesn't really have the flavor or feel of a BL sequel, from what little game play they have shown, that the HSL game play version had.

They have actually shown a lot more than you give them credit for. We got a glimpse of all of the game's UI and all of the clan abilities. And there's no character sheet, no weapons, no skills, no inventory. All you get is 4 combat abilities per clan + one passive. That's it. That's the whole extent of the game. There's literally nothing Bloodlines left about it. And since they claim the game is in the final stages of development, they obviously do not intend to implement any of that. Not unless they delay it for another 4 years.
