That's the way he always debunks stuff. He'll say why the "facts" are wrong and then say his side without any proof. Heck was on an interview last week and was supposed to "debunK" these myths about his racist humor and other crap but he had no proof. When the subject of his bank statements came up the best he could muster as a counter is "How could I be spending over 100 dollars at a pet store?" Funny enough a few days later he started to crap on the show that interviewed him calling them unprofessional, misinformed, only believed the detractors and then low key made a threat saying he has dirt on the 2 people that interviewed them that could land them in legal trouble. Just goes to show how much of a coward he is when he's not in his own echo chamber.

You urgently need to make an update video on this man. He uses all his fans' donations to pay for gacha games shown from bank leaks. Like, 1000s of dollars dropped on the regular, often daily. He's a gambler and actively denies any of it despite the blatant evidence. He pretends to be oblivious to it and defiantly scares all his remaining fans off one by one. Edit: and I should mention it's a mystery whether or not his current wife is aware of his habits. He also has very absurd habits of impulsively lying over the most insignificant and miniscule of things, and rages and bans people when they point out when he's lying or wrong. There's endless moments of him abusing his fanbase archived on KZbin to witness for yourself. And every single stream these days, he throws a fit and guilt trips his audience when he doesn't receive any donations for 30-60 minutes. He literally keeps track of time. He definitely acts poorer than he is. This needs to be brought to light so no one falls for his shit anymore.
@daijodan2 жыл бұрын
To be fair the people who legitimately fall for his shit are likely to waste their time and money on something equally absurd. Most of his financial support comes from people who get personal gratification from being a part of the drama. For someone as manipulative as Phil he's about as opaque as a window. His current story isn't even interesting enough for another rabbit hole video imo, and this is coming from someone who follows him pretty closely while waiting for the next circus, I'm more than a little ashamed to admit.

Idk how much he can win with his youtube account, but the way he treats it makes it seems as twich it's his priority and youtube is just an easy buck, the comments are disable just to mess with the TIHYDPs people make, the likes/dislikes have no use so he doesn't give a fuck about them.

This video needs a part two! Bwh god almighty DSP has gotten ten times worse in the past five years. From multiple twitch bans, to being fully banned, hiring an escort, tricking his fans into paying for his wedding, banning fans he's had since day one all just because they don't want to tip him through PayPal, charging his fans for the right....for them to see his cat, TO SEE A CAT, FOR A CAT FRIENDS A CAT! His stupid vest streak, ah! and so much more. It's the train wreck that somehow keeps crashing over and over, it's amazing.

Update for 7/27/18: Curse dropped DSP's main channel. Update for 11/30/18: Last Thursday, DSP stated that he needed $16,000 in donations in addition to his normal income to pay for taxes. He also stated that his parents were dying of an unknown disease and needed money to visit them one last time before they die. And yes, this includes money to stay at a hotel instead of his parent's place. Update for 9/18/2019: In the spring, DSP went to visit his parents with his new move in girlfriend. Surprise, though. He got married to her. The whole trip to see his dying parents was actually so he could get married behind his fans back so he doesn't get doxxed which was his excuse. In addition, recently, he had a stream where he would reveal something special for $1000 in donations. He only hits the goal due to one person footing most of that and the reveal was a cat named Jasper. This is after many many months saying that he couldn't afford to get a cat because his bank account is always overdrawn. He also stated that he had a reveal at $2000 for this stream. When the whales footed this donation goal, he revealed that it was fake! He just needed money.

6 years on, Philip is now a middle-aged man and sadly this video is *still* relevant as his behaviour has not changed. Indeed, with a dwindling viewership on his own channel and allegedly heavily relying on tips and direct PayPal contributions he spends an inordinate amount of time begging for money either during play session or directly to camera with the routine excuses of not being able to meet this month's bills and/or being able to purchase new games. As well as continuing to ban viewer that do in fact financially contribute, Philip has also taken to long-form rants about what he calls his "detractors" going so far as to call anyone that doesn't listen to him an "stupid brainless idiots" and dictates to his small fan base to only listen to him. The "detractors" also take the form of a cottage industry of other KZbin creators that clip and monetise his content much to Philip's chagrin.

If you can believe it, he has gotten considerably worse after this video was uploaded. - he was booted from Curse, forcing him to go on his own with Adsense - his Adsense was suspended because, as this video shows, he outright asked for viewers to click his ads - with the luck and survivability of a cockroach, he somehow had his Adsense unbanned and is currently receiving (albeit weak) revenue - he somehow managed to net what we in the detractor community like to call a paypig, someone who is responsible for much of a streamer’s revenue. This piggy is called tutankhamunnn and was responsible for over *65%* Of Phil’s revenue for September. - he also managed to drive away this piggy by showing no gratitude for this person gifting over 700 subscribers and donating well over $3k in bits and tips - since breaking up with Leanna, he immediately picked up a woman named Kat, who was found to be a golddigger after some digging by the detractor community. Phil was actually talking to Kat while he was still with Leanna, and used much of the money raised for “taxes” to fly Kat to WA from Michigan, as well as moving her in after only meeting her 3-4 times. - Phil has raised money to complete another entry of his DSP Tries It series, but has since ignored the obligation and bans anyone who brings it up on stream - Phil has adopted the term, “interaction,” but not as you or I might use the word. Whereas interaction means talking to and responding to chat, Phil interprets it as receiving money from his fans. If you ever read his twitter and see a tweet that says, “fun stream tonight! lots of interaction!” You’ll know that he meant a lot of people were cheering and tipping - he will often, and I mean OFTEN bitch about low viewership, will blatantly ignore the game or stop the game (something he claimed he would never do) to read shoutouts, and at his lowest point this year, actually shilled for Ubisoft, doing a sponsored stream for the latest Assassins Creed game. Mind you, he was already playing the game and had PLENTY negative to say about it, but during the sponsored stream had nothing but positive things to say about the game.
