As a magic main myself I also found that difficult, this game has built in mouse acceleration (so if you move the mouse to quick it will flick harder than expected), you could add a script in the game files to remove it or you could learn how to stay calm and aim properly and might even use the MA to improve and evolve :>

How do you play when the enemies are all clumped up in a deathball and you can't go in without dying? Ive had this problem with magik whenever I play her and im not sure how to play around it

I like to play chip damage at that point by teleporting in hitting a dash and swing, then teleporting out. usually that can get at least one person weak enough to crack formation and next teleport in i can punish them. def way harder but it’s the only thing i been getting to work.

Double demon is really strong if they are clustered up or in a choke, at that point you should keep your e up.

I like trying to do that combo you did at the start against the Cloak & Dagger, where you charge up her ranged attack, dash on them and then follow up with primary attack.

Ngl, despite being fairly decent at most heroes, I find myself playing a lot of Magik and have by far the most hours. There's something about all that attack canceling and landing charged shots that make it challenging but so satisfying to pull off. Also that Skin is the definition of clean

Can you give some advice on how to initiate a fight when your team won't move in? A lot of times in my rank I'll find myself standing around not being able to do anything other than throw a blade in on cooldown because nobody will move in.

Poke back line. Basically just annoying enough to create an opening for the team but it’s not a guarantee since players in rivals seem to play pretty scared anyway but just generate any value you can without dying

As far as I know, pressing the left button all the time seems to have higher dps than left button + melee. (I am from Taiwan, this is translated using translation software😢

Magik is infinitely more easy on PC then console. Her movement on console is to tied with the moving forward without the asd turning accuracy on console she feels rather rough movement wise.
