As a fun, but definitly trolling suggestion. You buy warmog and essence reaver, then you never base again, using both to keep yourelf topped in hp and mana. If you want to go even more all-in, you do it with Ornn.

*Random Chogath Fun Fact* Y'all remember when Cho's Q activation time used to be random?!!?? It was like anywhere between 0.5 - 1.5 seconds I think it was to make his Q unpredictable, however it just made his Q trash. Then i think it was season 3 or so that it was consistent to how it is now. I suppose riot realized you almost couldn't intentionally land it & made it useful. Lmao, it was such a big deal at the time. It was like an insane buff.

If they reworked those items like that then they need to somewhat lower the % of those hp items. Since out of character hp% attacks, theres only iirc mage items that can deal with hp% consistently.
