Sprue X - The clear nose Sprue - with 2 CLEAR additional nose choices - is the Eduard addition. The grey moulded nose is the pre-existing HKM B17F inclusion. Get it together. Maybe you should actually familiarise yourself with the parts included in the Eduard #11183 offering before you actually post a review 🤔

Having read the history of the Flying Fortress in the book of the same name, the “Legend” says that on one mission one of the planes of the group was fending off the enemy aircraft and that the bomber was stricken badly enough that it signaled its surrender. But when two of the Luftwaffe pilots came in to escort them to a nearby landing site they were shot down by the damaged bomber’s crew , and then the enemy subsequently tore the bomber to pieces! Thereafter they, the Luftwaffe supposedly had a vendetta against the 100th Bomb Group! But no-one can actually substantiate that the incident actually happened! I personally believe that it was started after a raid in which the group lost every aircraft except for one,”Rosie’s Riveter’s!” And they came back with several engines out and several casualties! Robert Rosenthal and the crew of Rosie’s Riveter’s were quite a famous aircraft and crew!
