I still think, that the best thing that I did last year, was to introduce Bloodywood to my boyfriend. My Indian boyfriend, who was born and raised in Delhi... And I hope that the new album will bring more new fans for the boys! They deserve the world!

Thank you for your compliment my friend I really liked it when you praised our Indian band! He changed my entire life. His music is doing a huge thing in my life and will keep doing it in the future too. Who knows, in the future I may end up doing all his work. I don't know! Just like you introduced your boyfriend to these guys, my friend introduced me to these guys when I was getting into metal music in the 11th grade. We played one of his songs on the guitar and uploaded it on KZbin. You can watch it if you want. If you tell me, I will provide you the link to watch the video. Thank you! No I am not promoting it, I liked it and his music holds a lot of significance in my life so I thought I'd try something and my friend did that, so you guys can listen to it!

Then, this banger drops and I couldn't be more proud of this song. Gods, I hope these guys reach the ears and hearts of every metal-head that hasn't already heard of them. Absolutely love this new banger of a song/video. please, please, please come to michigan on the next tour. HOLY FUGG!! I am so pumped right now!

It's the weight of the song for me. Your comparison to Gaddar is what it should be, the best comparison. Cohesion is definitely tighter, and begins from the first note. An epic feeling, a smooth crescendo, a build-up for a drop that you know is coming. The drop is big, deep, heavy. Bloodywood has that "it" factor. They belong in the conversation when discussing 80's metal, along with the likes of Slayer, Testament, etc. I am so looking forward to the release of the album in 2025. This song gave me similar feelings to when I first heard "Judgement Day" by Lovebites. In both cases, I wasn't prepared for the disbelief I had that I was listening to "better".

Musically, this was epic multiple times - the late complete drop in intensity? very necessary to reset your brain, so that the full force of the band feels fresh! Had it just kept going at the same intensity, eventually it would have gotten overwhelming.... these guys know what they're doing :D

Since it's been 2 .5 years from the drop of Rakshak they've had time to become a cohesive group and build the intricacies we are being graced with today. They had amazing songs on their freshman album but from Machi Bhasad being dropped to Dana Dan they progressively got better and tighter sounding. This band will only get better with time, aging like a good whiskey. Smooth but with that familiar bite you love. Think of this. We are seeing the early days of the Indian metal scene and these guys just completely kicked the door off the hinges. Expect more bands to arrive on the international scene from India and her neighbors. The inspiration these guys are providing for others to rise and come out with their own style is going to be legendary. Little known band from Nashville called Self said the second album for many was "The Sophmore Jinx". We do not have that in this case.

Top 3 of Bloodywood songs and production is bit better, and Karan has 8 string Ibanez. Somehow Karan produced their 1st album so well it matches (not all songs but some) to any production. Don't know if he has produced this too...they signed up to record label so usually it means you get more help with producing wise. Great to see and hear them for 2 years?
