I recently sold some of my NVDA stock to secure profits, but I'm retaining a portion for the long term. Nvidia's growth potential remains robust. I'm considering diversifying my 6-figure portfolio, but I'm uncertain about managing risks in my next move.

While keeping your portfolio allocations balanced, de-risk your investments, support your core holdings, and take some gains. Even managed portfolios don't always perform as well as I would advise, so it's essential to get the advice of a qualified fiduciary; my spouse and I find that this works for us. Net of dividends, we have had over 80% capital growth.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? So we're going to spend $700b to solve the inflation problem....? You have to respect the audacity to name a bill with $700 Billion of new spending the "inflation reduction act" With inflation currently at about 9%, my primary concern is how to maximize my savings/retirement fund of about $300k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains. Sure I'm all in on the long term game, but with my savings lying waste to inflation and my portfolio losing gains daily, I need a remedy ASAP!!

Today there's 420 PPM. Annually we add 51 billion tons of greenhouse gases to our atmosphere. The heat gain is equivalent to heat released by detonating five Hiroshima type nuclear bombs every second since 1996. Again, there's no dispute as it's measured through space and ground observation.
