Ron Baron is force to be reckoned with on Wall Street. I follow in his footsteps. I just started a fund with my buddies from grad school, and we are doing exactly what Ron has done since the 1970s. LONG TERM investment blessed with compound interest is the way to go.

Just sold all my Baron BPTRX fund. I don't call losing 50% managing a fund. And they charge fees to manage. It would take a few years for this to come back to just where it was. I was doing better before I tried this Mutual Fund. I expect managed funds to cut losses in a bad market just like the money managers do on Wall Street when they go into cash to weather the storm.
