I must add to this masterpiece. Since you can also place Pat on land, his arms must also be able to reach down to the ground to hit the bloons, therefore his arms must also be 35797ft long. And since the average dump truck size is 9m, and you could fit ~7 of them horizontally on bloody puddles, that means a BTD6 map is ~63 m long horizontally. 63m translates to 207ft, and since Pats reach is 35795ft, Pat could easily reach all the way across a map. This can mean only one thing: There is a hidden ability for Pat that lets him have unlimited reach. Also, to disprove all the people saying Pat is just floating, one cannot float without leaning backwards. Also, A Tyrannosaurus Rex was 13ft tall, and needed 20,000 calories everyday. Since pat is 35797ft tall, if we keep this ratio, Pat would need ~55072307 calories everyday. Granola is one of the highest calorie foods out there, and 1 granola bar has around 250 calories. Average granola bar weight is 30 grams, so a gram of granola has around 8.3 calories. This means Pat would need to eat ~6635217 grams (14628 pounds) of granola EVERY DAY. Remember this is with granola, one of the most high calorie foods. If it was something different, he would need a LOT more. I'm PRETTY SURE he would sink weighing that much.

I'd like to point out that military submarines are not operated at the depths research submarines are. 35,000 feet is simply unnecessary, unless you're fighting deep-sea monsters. Typical operating ranges for military subs are between 500-1600 feet, from my findings. We also only see the sub at snorkel depth in-game, meaning it's only around depths of 20-50 feet.

Pat Fusty has extremely long legs, but he can extend them. Here’s why: If you open the dam on flooded valley while Pat is on the lower ground, the water goes all the way up above his head, only revealing the hair on top. Since he doesn’t expect the water to rise, it almost completely submerges him, which proves his legs are extendable.
