you're such a sweetheart and I extremely appreciate you explaining so in depth how to use this pedal. you've helped me a lot and I'll soon release an EP that i've made with chase bliss pedals. if it wasn't for you that would have been impossible

Nice dry humour. I still have my old Lexicon MPX 100 precisely for the gradually fading away of the parts. Brilliant for sound on sound layering and keeping it all sounding alive and evolving. So many functions I need to grow accustomed to with this. I will say it again, and it is wrong: Day 3, and it has already taken over my life🤣

Helpful video bro!! In the future you can sit the pedal where you have regular access and just flip the screen 180 degrees in your editing software. It's more visually pleasing when we see you reach for it regularly too. Love the dry humor and acceptance of doom

Thanks! I started out recording the pedal view in the way you're describing, but I found I often ended up having the camera not quite level so it would look wonky. I appreciate the feedback and will keep trying new things to make sure everything is easily visible. :)

I like your style! And, your video is the reason I ordered one... at first, I wasn't really intetested in the Blooper.

This video has been so incredibly helpful! Thank you for taking the time to make it! I'm gonna go and try some of these dipswitches out (I haven't really attempted to use them yet).

So... I appreciate I am a little late to the party, but, if you had to choose between a blooper, and a mood + ditto, where would your money go?
@kevwyxin3 жыл бұрын
I definitely would say go for the blooper. I love the mood and I love the blooper, but after owning the blooper and getting to explore a ton with it I don’t think I would have created as much with just a normal looper. It really fosters creativity and exploration in a special way.

Mod B didn't work the first time because you turned the Mod A knob.

I’ve read somewhere that there is a dip switch for true bypass or buffered one. Is that right? Can’t fin any info about it.
@kevwyxin4 жыл бұрын
No I don’t think that is the case with blooper. Im fairly certain the mood toggles between buffered and true bypass when you turn on trails, but not blooper.

I have been experiencing the same problem you had when for some reason the audio just stops playing back after switching a dipswitch. I wonder if this is a bug? Maybe due to the power supply? I've switched power supply types and have still experienced it. It's happened quite a few times with me.
@kevwyxin4 жыл бұрын
Have you updated your firmware? This happened to me pre-new firmware. I haven’t had it happen since then.
@jimtroeltsch59984 жыл бұрын
@@kevwyxin No I haven't tried that, but I'm wondering if my blooper isn't already updated to the latest firmware? I bought it directly from CBA when they were donating all profits from the blooper to the fund to help artists. I definitely will try updating the firmware if it might help! I am also using two crappy power supplies. One is a cheap one I boguht for 70 bucks (works great for all my other pedals which aren't as demanding milliamp wise) and the other is a MXR DC brick that can only provide 9V/150 milliamps per outlet. Thanks for the reply!
@kevwyxin4 жыл бұрын
You might not need to update then. Do you have anything else being powered off of the MXR? I have an MXR DC Brick and I did some research and found it's basically just a glorified daisy chain cable. You might not be giving blooper that full 150mA if something else is being powered on that too. If this keeps happening though hit up r/blooper lot's of great people there and CBA frequents it as well.
