Thomas, idk how much you read your comments. But I just wanted to let you know that your sanders sides videos have been ground breaking in helping me cope with DID. I've been able to communicate with myself and work through issues in a constructive way. You've helped me see how even though my mind is fractured, I am still one being and I can't spend time arguing or fighting internally. Additionally, you've helped me realize that every part of me is important and being able to see that and use my DID to my advantage in life has been extremely helpful.
