i don't think it's accurate to say that they're trying to trick him into thinking the others don't care about him lol. neither one of them have specifically done anything to intentionally lead him to believe that, only created situations (coincidentally or not) that essentially forced logan to reflect on that narrative. even remus, in provoking logan at the end of wtit, never really said anything to try to mislead logan about the others' intentions; though it was in a crude and chaotic way, he was prompting logan to confront his own emotions and anger at not feeling listened to by _thomas._ logan has shown anger and frustration with how the others have treated him for longer than janus and remus have even been around (in the videos). this issue is by no means fabricated by the two of them, nor are these feelings and doubts something new to logan-he's just been repressing them for a good while, and we all know how both janus and remus have felt about thomas and the other sides lying to themselves about their more negative feelings and traits 😉😉

absolutely loved the way the episode ended on character thomas just looking at nico adoringly trying to figure out the words with such a shy smile before cutting to black. it was honestly so fucking sweet and it said volumes about the message without actual words needing to be said. think it landed harder than if hed actually said the words 🥰🥰
