Still, the show being cancelled is still a terribly sad thing for everyone, and I do agree that Jung still had a lot to develop on. As well as the other charecters. Despite that, this show will always be one of my favourites x

When ever I feel sad or can't sleep I turn this show on. It gives me warm fuzzy feeling. One of my all time favorite shows. I wish the network would have continued with season 6.

It makes me so sad to know how hard the cast members had to fight for their voices and accurate + respectful portrayals while filming. I hope these stars know that revealing their struggles with scripts/producers/cultural inaccuracies on set is such a helpful and honorable thing to do. It's clear that these actors are knowledgeable and each have their own impressive paths - I am rooting for you each all the way.

CBC renewed it. They were happy to have a sixth season. Sadly we’re not gonna to get a proper ending because of the creators/producers. Perhaps they can be convinced to give us that sixth season. It’s really unfair of them to pull this now. There is petition out there.

About a week ago I prayed to God to show me the way in this here life. And for some reason, i tried something new, and now im on my last episode of Kim's Convenience , and man, thank you for sneak attack this wonderful series. You brought me something I really needed and took it in to my heart. I love this series. It's funny, because my kiosk where I grew up was from Korea (im swedish) and also christian. And also, his name is also Kim.

Just finished season 5 on Netflix (it came very late in my country), very,very sad knowing that the show was cancelled. It's a very funny comedy with tons of heart. I really hope for the best to all of the casts and i hope Ins Choi could come up with even better show in the future. I'd give Stray a chance if it ever come to Netflix

We NEED 6 seasons and a movie! Please, these characters deserve proper closure. Jung and Appa must reconcile. Janet, Kimchee, Jung, and yes Shannon must become successful in their own rights. Eomma needs to conquer her MS. After everything they went through and their obvious feelings, who really believes Jung and Shannon were going to remain broken up? These people have been welcome in our homes for 5 seasons. We love them like family. We the fans as well as the characters deserve a real heartfelt ending to this endearing show.
