Hey buddy, thank you for documenting this stuff. You are brave for tackling this, but you are showing how easy it is to take panels off and where stuff is located. If you did have the dealer work on it, you would be making multiple trips back for sure, with this kind of error. Your advice gave me the nerve to replace the cabin filter along with other stuff. This is why I try to fix it myself. If you had taken it to a dealer, you would have paid for a parts changer to do the same thing for an enormous amount of money, with numerous trips, with a possibility of them actually finding the problem. Good work

2019 jeep cherokee latitude and was having the same problem. Thanks to you tho I went straight to the fuse box and it would turn on and off the more I move the fuse base. So I tightened it and hopefully that fixed the problem.

Thanks for your detailed information. I have 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the exact same issue. I immediately went to the relay panel, pushed down on all the fuses and several were loose or not fully seated. Now my blower works just fine. Thank you for your efforts.

Just worked on my 2015 jeep grand Cherokee. My F15 (hvac blower motor) fuse was blown. Changed it out & worked immediately

I had this same problem and my whole fuse panel was loose. Seems to be a trend from the comments on here. Wonder if I need to back out those screws and put some loctite on the threads. Thanks for this video, it helped me not think I was crazy.

Great video. None of these worked for me though. I removed cabin air filter, taped on blower with rubber mallet, restarted the car, turned on ac/heater, bloom of dust released and is now working great! Replacing air filter. Was a bit dirty. Thanks!

Hey, at 2:47 there's a shot of your fuse box. What's the cord connected to F2 (the blue one)? I have a 2014 cherokee and I don't see that on the fuse box. I've looked at other pictures for a 2014 cherokee and they're not showing the cord, either. I'm hoping I just have to connect it so I don't have to pay for parts to fix my blower.

Was just having this issue on my 2014 jeep cherokee. Tapping the blower with a rubber mallet 8 times fixed the issue. I am assuming it's dirty so I'm gonna try to clean it. I checked the relay by swapped the A/C relay with the rear window defrost relay (they were the same amperage) and that wasn't the issue.

Spoke too fast. Stopped again. The blower stops when the outside temps are above about 65. Its either all working or nothing... outside temp seems to be the cause. ??? Any ideas?

I checked the relays and tightened them up, however it worked for a couple of days and then it went from erratic speeds to no air at all. Going to replace the resistor and Blower and see what happens.

Having this problem with my wife’s 2018 renegade. Works sometimes and other times it doesn’t. I checked the fuses but didn’t check relays or the connecting posts. Sure hope that’s all it is. Didn’t think the blower went out bc if it did I would have thought it would quit completely. Thank you

Thanks for the video! On my 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited the air works fine for about 20 minutes and then theres air restriction out of the vents in which the blower is still on but hardly any air blowing through the vents. Cabin air filter??

Have you guys found the issue here? This just started happening to me on my 17 Grand Cherokee Altitude. Air working fine, once I've been driving for 10 minutes i have incredibly weak air coming through but can hear the blower motor working. All temps work too cold/hot. Filter is new, can't figure it out. Any help?

i am having the same issue in my wifes cherokee. so you just tightened down the bolts to the box and the bolts to the connections and it worked? what size socket is it? and do you have to disconnect the battery to do this? i really hope this is the problem because it is annoying to get in when it is warm out and not have ac until you hit a bump sometimes or it randomly decides to work. thank you for your video. i was literally about to try the blower motor. you might have saved me some money, and i appreciate that

I did the same for the fuse panel and a little air was coming out. I’m pro going to check relays and swap HVAC modules with my other Cherokee and see if that helps .

I have to pull and rest fuse. Like almost every time IF I leaving running al when I kill the motor. Every now and then the fuse will blow. Often it's black on the bottom. Real pain but resetting it's keeps it going. Now. Why. How can I fix the problem. Did yours co.e back?

That seems like a short. It should be checked by a technician. Could cause a fire.

Probably the blend door actuator, my grand Cherokee had the same problem, there are two of them, one behind the glove box and one right above the gas pedal. It's the plastic gear that breaks. There are KZbin vids for that

Sounds like the blower motor is stuck but you should still be under warranty to have it checked.
