Very nice outdoor area, but a lot of pebbled flooring may not be ideal if there are small children running around and falling . That’s because uneven heights of pebbles create uneven pressure points upon impact of fall which causes more pain than flat surface. Also need to watch out for sharp edges in some pebbles.

Consider home alarm system. Need wiring on all the windows to detect break ins. Highly recommended. I have them in my home. Turn on alarm when you and your wife are sleeping at home.
