Man i love the way the car sounds I’m new to this lifestyle. Is it alcohol blown is that why it sounds like that or is it the supercharger that makes it sound like that . Can you help me understand.

It’s the cam.

It the combination of the build and how it is tuned. Some builds surge more than others. It is the engine hunting between rich and lean. The big cam helps add to the sound. It doesn't create any issues with the build and some people don't like it. We have been driving the Boxvette for 20 years and it is know for it's big surge.

What kind of suspension/rear end are you running to keep all the HP in check?

She has a Dana 60 rear end with Moser axels. the suspension is coil overs in the back and Strange struts in the front.

Damn fix the idle. First thing pro racer do with blown cars is make sure it doesn’t do that. Makes the car really hard to stage. Sounded good when he hit the throttle.

Thanks, the surge isn't a problem. It isn't hard to stage. I think turbos are way harder to stage.
