Can Am XRS | CT Race Worx A Arms, Gusset Kit, Tie Rods

Today we addressed the front end of the canam xrs. We added CT Race Worx boxed, high clearance lower A arms, their front end bombproof gusset kit, and a set of their bump steer delete tie rods. While we were in there we also switch out the winch rope, with a synthetic rope from custom splice.

Machine details:
Justins machine is a 2019 Can-am X3 XRS. It is 72" wide and 172 horsepower. Suspension is setup to the fox tune. It is running 32x14x10 sticky Maxxis Roxxzilla tires. It has a Evo Powersports Shocker cat delete exhaust.
Billys machine is a 2017 yxz 1000r with graves exhaust, tune, 70/30 gytr gear reduction, heavy flywheel, 30" maxxis bighorn tires, 14x7 5+2 Method 401 wheels, weller tie rods, krash offroad cage, bumpers,
sliders, warn 3500lb winch, and simpson suspension seats.
Joshs rig is a 2017 yxz1000r with Super Atv 4" 30% Portals, graves exhaust, tune, 30" maxxis Roxxzilla tires, krash offroad cage, rear bumper, sliders, 70/30 gear reduction, and heavy flywheel.

What’s up everyone! So after I posted this video and saw some comments looks like I did put the spacers in wrong for the tie rods. You should be spacing the tie rod down in the knuckle. Sorry for the confusion if anyone was wondering!

Yeah the yxz is stout in stock form for sure. These rigs are too but we wanted them to be next level, high clearance everything to make the most capable rigs for what we do

Possible you can keep track and share if those bushings make less sound over time or at all, as well as if they hold up and maintain tolerances please? Have you found many creaks and squeaks on your machine yet? Are most the common squeaks contributed to the suspension or articulating components like the bushings primarily? And perhaps greasing them frequently and liberally would help the compulsory noises I hear out of them so often?

It's amazing how much work and $$$$ you have to put into these cars to maintain trail worthiness..... I'm in the market for a new car and just have a problem knowing all I'll have to add, just because BRP didn't do their job!!! This is what keeps me going back to Polaris. (Yes, I know Polaris can have some issues but....) If only Kawasaki or Honda made a big suspension 4-seater.....

Damn Kinda wishing I spent the extra cash but my Yamaha Wolverine x2 does a great job around the farm and does awesome on my trail rides. These Side by sides are pretty insane now adays. You have the spacers on wrong for the tie rods. The big spacer goes on top.

I'm thinking the canam and turbo s need to b sitting on 35" roxxzilla stickies for the places u guys ride. I've been running them on my turbo s with zero issues. 35s are a whole new level on a sxs at windrock! On another note the canam is looking damn good!

Looking for your opinion on the yxz's.See you guys are getting away from them.Looking for a machine to ride the 64 inch trails and service roads in the UP,not the kind of riding you guys do.See you can get a 2020 XYZ for under $15000 right now. Would you hesitate to get one for that kind of riding or go with a different brand?
