I've always wanted the yellow bird for YEARS. Bought the Revlon a couple years ago because I have a 7 and 5 year old with HAIR FOR DAYS. Hoped it would make my life easier since I only used the tension method to blow dry their hair. Anywho, long story short, ran out and bought that Revlon honey! 😒😒😒😒 HATED IT. Warm setting was HOT ASS hell! And it did get their roots as straight as I wanted. That was a critical part for me 😫 it helps me when I'm trying to part their hair to prep for braids! SO back to the drawing board I went. Over quarantine I bought the yellow bird. BAAAYYBEEE 😳 IN LOVE. Warm ACTUALLY is warm and those roots got straight as I wanted! Now for MY HAIR why I blow dry it looks as if I'm pressed out.

Oh wow I thought the yellow bird won until I heard your reasoning why you like the Revlon over the yellow bird and it makes sense. What is the what on each of those blow dryers cuz that makes a difference? Also were they both on the same heat setting i.e. high? I don't know how old the baby is but did you get any postpartum shedding?

Great questions! The yellow bird has more heat settings but both were used on low/med heat. And YES! postpartum shedding gave me the blues but thankfully those days are behind us now. lol I have a video up on it if you’d like to check it out. Thanks for watching 💕💕

Yes. I applied a very small amount to each section before blow drying :)

Beautiful hair! What settings did you use with the Revlon? I find that it does not have a sleek finish unless I use the heat settings and it tends to get hot pretty quickly. Also I have a lot more shedding with the Revlon.

Thanks Makisha! You are so right about the highest setting getting hot quickly. I alternate between both heat settings to try to balance it out and I make sure to use a good heat protectant. Thanks for watching 💕💕💕
