😅 my god mate, he was (hopefully) quite new, and luckily I'm a pretty patient guy 😄 but it felt like forever just to be able to pay £1 and get my movie.

Ooh never heard of that Shiva Baby.. going to have to look into that one as it sounds an interesting one.. lol Never heard of that chew on with Cash Converters.. id be out the door if they insisted doing that when I was in there 😂

Oh mate, that cash converters, I started to think I was on some sort of hidden camera prank show. Shiva baby was a good movie, although for me it probably dosent have enough re watch value. So with a collection this size every title has to justify it's place in staying 😄

Morning Ash. I need to try and get to a HMV for the MUBI sale. Shiva Baby is fantastic and 1 I'm after myself. I heard a lot of great stuff about Aftersun but hated it. Looked like a nice sunny day out.

Morning Roy 👋🏻 funnily enough I watched Shiva Baby and although I enjoyed it, for me it was probably a one time watch. I think it's probably too good for my trashy tastes 😂 I haven't got to aftersun yet but I've got a feeling it could be the same. Although I never mind picking them up for a try on the 2 for £15 as most of the time I can trade in for pretty much the price paid to cex for something with a bit more re watch value for me 😎👍🏻

Wow huge haul of films 👍. That Man on a Ledge sounds interesting especially like you say on a big screen, might have to get that as not seen it. I don't think I have seen that 70s King Kong either unless it was on the telly back in the day. Nice one 👌

Hi Matt 😎👍🏻 yeah man on a ledge was OK from memory but it's been some years since I watched it, and that would have been on a 50" tv I think 🤔 yeah the 70's king kong definitely worth a look I would say, not sure how it passed me by all these years 🤷🏻

Yeah I did consider that but tbh I'm usually so tight on time to either get to the store and back or to try and get the overall video recorded and edited its normal a thought that goes out the window 😄 I'll maybe see if I can work it in to a video in the future 🤞🏻

Yeah i think that is the DVD set for the original versions of the star wars movies, definitely the only way to watch them. Great haul dude, that mubi sale is great value.

Fantastic haul Ash 😀🍿🎸🎶 ‘Reign Over Me’ is a really underrated drama; great movie. ‘Aftersun’ was one of my fav films of 2022; ‘Shiva Baby’ was very solid; love the MUBI label 😊 I been meaning to check out ‘The Big Chill’ for a while 🤔 I did watch Gary Oldman’s only directorial movie ‘Nil By Mouth’ on the BFI label and that was very good 😀👍
