What about the UV disinfecting light? Did you use this disinfection device as well? I do not see a replacement bulb for the UV light on the their website.

No we did not. We receive this system far before they had that UV light setup. Those guys are spectacular out there just make sure that you tell them that you saw our video RVdaydream and that will let them know that you are real RVs and what you're trying to achieve. The only reason I say that is so they can dial you into a unit that works for RVs instead of something that might be designed to be carried in a backpack and thrown in a creek for a water source or something like that. LOL

How do you keep everything from freezing?

Our pass through is heated. If yours is not all you need to do is add a light bulb with a reflector lamp shade. Basically it looks like a metal Bowl that you put a bulb in with a clamp for the mount which you can find at most of the hardware stores.
