Me: Hey, everyone! I just want to take the time to talk about Mario & Luigi Brothership. I know we usually do the whole Ancient Siblings series, but for once we'd like to be a bit more sincere. My sis: It's so surreal to have a return for this series. It's a day we never thought would come and yet here we are. Me: Almost 5 years ago when Alpha-Dream filed for bankruptcy, me & my lil’ sister desire to see one of their best RPGs make a comeback, & because of this it led to creating our own series with my own original characters. After years of the series going in so many different directions, all the discourse amongst fans, leading to Alpha-Dream’s bankruptcy, & how much we've begged Nintendo honestly it felt like years of screaming into a void, & getting no response in return. After 5 years, they gave us classic Mario & Luigi fans something truly special. My sis: Nintendo is responsible for fostering my love of storytelling alongside the amazing Goomzilla. A grand majority of their games don't focus on the plot, but I think that made this series all the more special. We wouldn't be the siblings we are today, without this series, & neither would our fan made project: The Ancient Siblings (Which we have a few plans for…). It's our love letter to how much this new game means to us. Me: The day this game was announced was one of the happiest days of our life. I know it's just a game. It's not like I got married or had a kid or anything, but I just felt heard. The Mario & Luigi series is one of the most creative, engrossing, imaginative series I've ever played & a shining example of how video games are more than just dumb brainless mush like a lot of people think they are. My sis: They're art. One of the greatest art forms to grace this Earth. So from the 2 of us, the fans, to Nintendo… Me & My sis:…Thank you so much for making Mario & Luigi Brothership!
