Thanks for telling me all about Fubuki. Never really know the detail other than her CC capability and Hod's usage. The one question I can answer regarding about why Fubuki was classified as using a "SR" but having "AR" stats was due to her weapon. It was a Ruger Mini-14, essentially a scaled-down M14 chambered in .233. It was actually a civilian semi-automatic carbine-length rifle, and kind of hovering between the classification of a rifle and an assault rifle. Essentially, it's similar to how SKS tended to be thought as a rifle and often depicted as a "sniper rifle" despite being a carbine and functionality the same as its automatic successor, the AKM. Both used the same intermediate cartridge too and from nearly similar barrel length, thus making their effective range similar. Still, SKS had the shape of a traditional rifle and thus, often easily seen as such and regarded as a "rifle" instead of an "assault rifle" or "carbine". The Mini-14 as used by Fubuki was the same, technically a rifle due to its designs and handling but functionally an assault rifle due to its caliber and capabilities. In a way, it looked like a rifle and looked like it can be a "sniper rifle" but not. It also shared design like M14, which itself a real battle rifle, and thus fallen in the same way how SKS turned to be. In short, think of it as this: Ruger Mini-14 is just a scaled-down M14 in .223. So yeah, it made sense for Fubuki to have AR stats instead of typical SR stats, though the other possibility was she meant to be classified under RF (Rifle) category, which remained missing from Blue Archive. Not going to lie, I thought she was classified under AR category at first due to her weapon, not SR, but still make sense I guess. In fact, I was pretty surprised BA kept this part of the weapon relatively accurate to its actual capability. Pretty nice touch there.

azusa too. she use AR but her stats is like SR and she only shoot one bullet at a time i wonder if this has something to do with her gun.

@@DIASENREDS Azusa's case is a little unique since technically she used the same ammunition as Fubuki, being a 5.56 rifle. It really came down to the game mechanics and how the devs intend to balance them up or setting up the gimmick. Though, Azusa did seemed to use hotter ammunition that could offer higher performance, which would then relate to her EX skill being a heavy hitter.

For people that want to get every Valentine letter (as you should, because if you don't, can you really even call yourself a sensei?), but don't want to spend a boatload of pyroxenes on the amount of refreshes required to do both that AND raise Fubuki to UE40 without spending any ligmas, 5*/UE30 is more than enough. Remember, you're playing on Global, not JP/KR. If you look up HOD Insane runs, most of them list their Fubuki as just UE30. Heck, I even found one using her at only 4*! Also, JP only just had their 3rd HOD (The 2nd one was all the way back in April!), and this is only the second Insane HOD because the first HOD released before Insane was introduced. So don't feel bad or like you're missing out. Sure, you can argue that spending +3 ten pulls worth of pyroxene on refreshes to save 400 ligmas on UE40ing Fubuki from UE30 is worth, considering how few ligmas you get per ten pull, but you can also argue that those extra ten pulls could make or break your future banner pulls. So, raise Fubuki to UE40 to make only 1 raid that hasn't even occurred that often easier/allow you to rank higher (when you're already playing on Global and just clearing Insane would be more than enough to secure platinum), or save for future students? The choice is yours. Whichever one you make, I hope it works out for you.

I have a question for you about choosing characters for the HOD total assault fight; what are your thoughts on Yoshimi as a cheaper alternative to Chihiro? I'm not sure that my partner or I will be pulling for Chihiro, and Yoshimi seems like a decent alternative given her sub skill is identical to Chihiro and her EX skill is a downgraded version (shorter stun time). That being said, I haven't fought it yet so I'm curious what the comparison looks like between these characters and appreciate your insight!

1. The title of video is "should you build ..." doesn't mean he force you to build fubuki. If you have better student of course you can skip her. 2. Saki is a 3* meanwhile fubuki is free. You sure know that not everyone will have saki right :V 3. If you join a good club, you can borrow saki from other since most people will share her in hod raid.
