Definitely going for Miyako....because breedable! But also because of her character arc in the story. No way I can turn my back just because she's not a busted meta pick. And that she can find a role is good enough reason. So long as she can chip in on certain insane runs (because I just don't have it in me for torment) then that's good enough. If I can get Saki then great, but can also gamble on fest luck. Not that I'll ignore Shiroko. But first things first.

So I say, If you want them, just go for them (so long you account for your pyrox needs for limited students that you also need/want). And in terms of meta, there are super-meta perms like Ui, Ako & Himari too which if you don't have, and they have a banner up, you better go for them too since not having them will make you a lot weaker & getting them from offrates is really rare.

Personally i'd save for fest banner since summer shiroko is a normal student, and there's a higher chance to pull her along the way in the fest banner. I got so many students that way last year, so i mostly pull on limited cuz i get reg students along the way

Should I just pull on Hanako (Swimsuit) and be done or do both Wakamo & Urawa Hanako (Swimsuit)? I believe that Mika and Hoshino (swimsuit) would be on those banners?

pull on s.hanako, and hope for early so you can spark wakamo to my knowledge (cmiiw), wakamos banner only has 6% compared to also having previous fes units, so if you want mika or hoshino alongside wakamo and hanako, best to stay on hanako and then potentially spark wakamo good luck otherwise though, may your pulls be bountiful and your minrolls minimal

Usually people save up 200 pulls to guarantee FEST student. For new players tho, I'd recommend to save up 400+ pulls. Plus there will be Wakamo banner running as well, so get 200 ready for each if you don't have Wakamo.

The only reason to pull for S.Hina is if she is one of your favourite characters. From gameplay perspective, she is quite irrelevant except maybe for Kaiten torment. At the same time S.Saki and S.Miyuko are core for Greg but hardly used anywhere else. So technically you can skip em, suffer for one raid and chill next 6 months lol.
