The way I used her here, yes. However you can sacrifice a little bit of damage by casting Himari later, I was told by Causew that if you wait for the 5th Mika bullet to come out before using Himari, you can cover the big explosion of the first Mika ex and all of the second Mika ex, so he made that strat work without ue40 Himari.
