I don't know if that's because I'm a huge Elvis fan or because you really do such a wonderful job covering his songs. Probably a little bit of both. I like how this Elvis cover(Blue Christmas) begins the same way his previous Elvis cover(Way On Down) began; with Geoff sighing in exasperation over some menial chore(cleaning the theater in Way On Down and folding the laundry in Blue Christmas), then singing a song to make the chore more enjoyable. This year in canada where i live we basically had a green christmas ( my front yard has no snow) and there has been no christmas cheer this year for me at all this gave me christmas cheer when i heard it! ❤
