Because she wants to and she doesn't consider it work. I could easily do it all (I was a commercial fisherman years ago). Joyce doesn't know how to operate or trailer a boat she would have nothing to do out on the water except watch me and to her that would not be any fun. I take care of anything that has to do with our 2 boats operating, repairs cleaning etc. Also do the hours of editing and answering all the comments. It doesn't take long to set and pull 7 crab traps. I just want to keep her happy, it's worked for 56 years.

There are spots where ,90 percent of the crabs you catch are females and it's full of commercial crabbers traps so we keep the few we catch, it's legal in Florida to keep females. @northflcrabber2 жыл бұрын
Putting all that JO on the top shell of a crab while steaming seems wrong, what a waste. Boiling a cleaned crab is the way, you get all that seasoning up in the crab.
@TheOldCoupleOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
Joyce and I don't like a lot of seasoning on anything including steak or any other meat, I just like to taste the meat not the seasoning. When we eat in a restaurant it's always, no seasoning please.
