I was in an abusive marriage for far to long, he was manipulative and unstable. To others he was kind, the go to guy, generous and outgoing, that was not the real person, just a character that he portrayed so that if I spoke up no one would believe me. I wished for so many years he would just leave but why would he, he was already doing what he wanted, controlling me, I was terrified. To cut a long story short! He was taken to a mental hospital, diagnosed as psychotic and paranoid with violent tendencies, you could blame the drugs or alcohol but at the end of the day he only had himself to blame as he would always and still does blame everyone else for his life's decisions, including his own children. I completely understand what this woman went through, at some point you get to breaking point, you live in a world of hurt and crave normal.

She had a restraining order on a dead man after she murdered him...that's a crime on it's own. Her tears in that courtroom took a day off
