Unfortunately shutting down water, waste or general access facilities is a very common practice in rural communities to stir up trouble, it is a horrible totally unjustified practise and the police and law do absolutely 0 in those cases. This all could have been prevented.

@Nic-du6xe. 🎯 🎯 Worked for a man who worked between two businesses, one of them being cattle ranches. He was a huge narcissist and bully. He relished telling me stories of how he bullied others even as a teenager and loved that he was bullying his next door farm neighbor. He owned so much in that rural area I’m sure everyone bent to his bullying because they feared him.

....and the thing is - we live in a nation that prides itself on having Animal Cruelty laws. One can do jail/prison time for hurting a cat/dog but apparently if you turn off the water causing no hydration for farm animals - that's fine?!?!?! The hypocrisy is disgusting!

Rodney didn't have to shut off the water anyway. He could have asked Tom Lyons to pay some charge for the water or something like that.
