Hey Matt, After watching your videos, I’d love to do some overnight trips myself, but Ive never done it before. Would love to see a video of how you prep for an overnight trip, what you take and how you prep the boat. Most importantly, would love to see your process for choosing the right location to anchor and how you anchor the boat safely/what gear you use. Im sure there’s plenty of people who would be interested in how you do it all by yourself. Keep up the good work mate. Huge fan!

Good stuff Matt. Amazing the swing in attitude toward longies. We started getting them off the rocks down here in the 80s and no-one contemplates eating them. Fast forward 40 years and we still chase them off the stones but now they’re a culinary target! Great vid as always mate.

Hey Matt!! As always I love your videos and having your family in them is so nice to watch. Again, you have the cutest little man ever. Just wanted to give you a pointer on how to roll your fish in the seeds without getting messy hands and the sesames coming off your fish. Use a fork or chop sticks on the ends of the fish and roll in the seeds like using pegs to butter hot corn. Simple as that!!! Would love to see you use this. Oh ya, use that method to turn the fish in the pan as well!!

have to agree with u Matty bout the Bluetti. i got mine bout 7 months ago n wat it has done for my boating n camping has been worth the cost, even use it at home. i get its expensive but wat it offers u is cheaper than the alternatives out there, for me anyway. it wont suit everyone but it works for my needs n urs as well. friggin YT politics. looks damn yum, surprised timmy turtle wasnt standing there with the plate in hand lol.

Best thing you can do with any tuna is brain spike, bleed, run a line down the spine then remove the gill and guts and submerge in a ice slurry. Tuna hold the heat again thier spine so cooling to fishes core is paramount to getting the best quality tuna. Well done mate
