I assume it’s ok to bend/pack the nasopharyngeal tube in there? I’m building a secondary belt and putting some more intricate med stuff on there, and I’m afraid to be bending chest seals/naso tubes, etc.. I’ve got almost the exact setup as you except that I need combat gauze in addition to just compressed gauze, and I have shears in mine

What are your thoughts on the BFG Micro Trauma Kit NOW! - Plus+ It's about two inches taller in height (gotta presume 1 inch up and 1 inch down when mounted on your belt) and has some "angel wings" when it's deployed. Looks like you could toss a few more bits in there to try and have a complete IFAK. Currently $20 more than the original version. Was considering grabbing their Pro version stocked with medical supplies.

$80 just for the elastic band and insert is a rip off. That does not even include the trauma kit itself. I rather go with another brand that does not break my pockets.
