The actor playing the Self-Promoting "Frankie" is so good at the role that I had the almost irresistible urge to stop the film like I would: hang up, walk away, look the other direction as if I saw an old friend, desperately grasp at any excuse to escape, feign a heart attack or stroke or just punch him to make it stop. Oscar worthy performance.... Bravo!

@@HoltHamiltonFilms More then one or I could say the whole idea for this movie. This guys are persevierent , not gready ...they adapt quicly to situations...love the song with the aliens( the rezidential schools,Rez politics...) they sing about all those issues but in form of rap. The passport ... They are not stupid,hummble a clueless about the world outside the rez...❤️🫂

Remember John Trudell a Poet and musician.used to have all his music. So my step dad was Superintendent Of the Navajo Hopi Res. From there the BIA sent him to Bamigee sp. Souix Res. There Dennis Banks and Russell Means hung him in effigy. He was either Blackfoot or Soui. He said the indian was the funniest people. The stories he would tell were hilarious. So anyway I'm up for this movie .

Yateeh.The movie was funny and shows a lot sense of humor. As a German i know the books of the heroic "indians" written by Karl May. Many germans thinking therefor in positive stereotypes of the american nations/natives/tribes. 😉 Greetings from Germany.

They were in the truck bed and up front on the floor. They don't have that much gear. :) Just a couple suitcase sizes of stuff. James was sitting on one in back of truck, etc.

I recognized a vibe in this film... and I got it right (Holt Hamiltio Films) : "'More Than Frybread' This film is about the first-ever Arizona Frybread Championship, where 22 Native American frybread makers compete for the title. The film stars Tatanka Means, Teresa Choyguha, Camille Nighthorse, Dey & Nite, Jennifer Joseph, James Bilagody, and MaryKim Titla. It also features special guest appearances from comedians Ernest David Tosie, III, James June, and Pax Harvey. The film's mission is to promote the art of frybread cookery and unify Native Americans."
