BLUE HOUSE is Family House 4k

The house was finished to a lock up stage. Another words, empty and ready to move in. We have changed the facade, decorated most rooms and did some landscaping. Ideally it should have the swimming pool. You have the enterance, formal sitting room, music room and another living room. Dinning room looked good in red wallpaper, but now I'm considering a less alarming walls.

Lovely family house. I would make the room upstairs into a 2nd living room where kids can play their games before bed time or when it's raining.

Thanks! After uploading this I did more work on this house. Then i sold it . Now I'm doing apartments in Eastern Europe. That one is a bit tricky.

This house is now available for download on mod.io. the title is Family House . You have to subscribe in order to download and also make an account if you haven't done that. To make a new account with Mod.io just go through your search engine. They will guide you how to do it. Then you have to connect this account with your game. I had someone do it for me . If you need any help let me know. There are very few videos on y t which show you the steps. Basically we had to figure it by ourselves.

I've uploaded another HF 2 Sandbox house created by me to mod.io. yesterday. 2 likes, 2 dislikes and no downloads at all? Maybe there is some technical issue with the mod..I can't download my own upload, so i don't know what went wrong. it's a beautiful house.
