Great instructions...So you need the app on every phone you want to add? I notice I have 2 phones but the app only on one. Is there any other way to add more phones without the app?

thanks for vid. I dont have any geofence radius options in app. Set up entry/exit geofence on server with mobile devices but does nothing when device leaves

It does not show this on version 2.0.44 on Android... for me anyways.

In BI options under user tab must have admin rights or geofence cannot be set up with app under that user login.

The Geo fencing does not switch to my at home profile when i'm home, I followed all of your steps. HELP!

Tech Talk never mind, you have to set up the geofencing on the pc first then enable the geofencing on the mobile app. I’m on iPhone and it works perfectly now.

my only problem is I need to open the app when I leave or come home, otherwise it will not change. any ideas?

I'm having the same problem with a Samsung Galaxy S4 and S5. Geofence works great on several S6 phones at our house.
