My wire-wrapping jeweler fingers just ITCHED to make some fabulous jewelry out of those incredible gems! I loved the blue, of course, but i also really liked the red ryolite and the "blue veins" running through the cuts! Excellent finds and vid. Thank you!

Awesome! I've tried wire wrapping, but I'm not exceptionally talented in that area. Practice makes perfect, I guess! There are so many beautiful rocks there!

Wow blue opal, some people don't find that may cool rocks in a year. Nice trip well worth the gas to get there.

Nice day out. Opal is what you cut from it not what you find since it usually cracks when drying or after formation where the agate wont.
