Blue Oyster Cult: A Brief History

BOC was the headliners for the first LIVE concert that I ever saw. Back in 1975 in Fresno, CA at the Warner's Theater I saw Journey (before Steve Perry) open for BOC. A great intro to LIVE classic rock for me.

Not sure how I got here, but I learned more than I ever thought I would about Blue Oyster cult, I'd say that's a good thing. Thanks for sharing all of that!

Hey Intersection-Thanx so much for the BOC history thread!…Wow, where to begin with this iconic band?…I guess all that is left to say is that both “The Revolution By Night”(1983) and “Club Ninja”(1985) are underrated by the fans, really too easily dismissed on a typical Album Ranking (RU Ready To Rock one by you?/haha!)….Producer Martin Birch deserves a ton of credit for bringing out the sheer sonic power of this band in the early 80’s…Talk to ya later!
