Shaking Bucks hand and spending a few minutes alone chatting after a show was one of the many highlights of my life.

I’ve seen them 47 times. Beginning in ‘73. The first time I saw them was at Cincinnati Gardens. My girlfriend and I were on Mescaline. It was amazing. I looked ate her and said “I’ll go and see these guys anytime”. And living in the wilderness I have. They rarely play the wilderness. It generally quite a drive.

You have done it right! At age 62 I have only seen them 23 times, which is only about half the BOC shows one should see in a lifetime. _!_

Listen to the studio version. It's allot better.

It’s rare that a BOC song is better on album than live. But I may just agree with you on this one.

Always the case for two reasons. First? It's what you're 'used' to hearing, because usually you've played the LP/CD many, MANY times. Second? They have more leeway in the studio, laying down instrument tracks over others, cutting and pasting, digitally changing and enhancing vocals, tone, loudness, etc. Basically spending as much time on all the parts until it's perfect. In a live show they have one shot to get it right with no studio help.

I don't think I've ever noticed that they skipped the second verse. "Experiments that failed too many times..."

Interesting. Thanks for your comment. I did not notice that either.
