I totally understand what Simon is saying. I did drink more alcohol and was smoking too much when I lost my partner just over a year ago.. I was drinking way too much. After having a welfare check done on me I realised what I was doing and haven't had any alcohol for 2 months now.. and kicked the cigarettes 3 weeks ago so early days yet....
