@@Philip4671 I suffer from this because of my family and childhood traumas. Do not be surprised. This is widespread in the Arab countries because of the family and they put pressure on us. Depression is very mild for my age. There are those who suffer from Joska syndrome or many psychological diseases, and panic attacks are very common.
