The separation on the last product looked very small between the independent power rails. Would have to see it in person, but looked two close and no plastic between rails to ensure no cross contacts.

Thanks! Is it possible to bolt an MRBF fuse directly onto the battery's positive M8 terminal, along with the cable? I mean, why would you need that 'mini busbar' and introduce the extra - albeit low - resistance if you can avoid it?

Is there a version for M8 lithium battery studs?

Thanks for the explanation. How many relays 40amp I can connect to that type of fuse?

Can I put (2) 2151 on a single terminal? They would be at a 90 degree angle in a marine application.

Are these really acceptable for a 48V DC system? A full LiFePO4 charge is slightly higher than 58V. I don't keep my battery voltage that high but still it seems way to close...doesn't seem like they will be able to distinguish an arc on a DC system that size.

Those CF type fuses also only have a maximum fault current rating of 2kA, which can be a problem with big lead acid banks.

They're rated for 58v so why wouldn't they be acceptable for a 48v system?
@randacnam73216 ай бұрын
@@fauxque5057 48V is only the nominal rating. Actual system potentials in service can exceed 60V depending on cell chemistry.
