That's a brilliant video, one that makes me very keen to assemble the (unopened) Viperia 4x2x2 foot tank for my leopard gecko. I think she'll love the extra floor space and climbing opportunities, which is why I'm probably going to import a three-sided background from Custom Reptile Habitats. I hope you keep us updated with Rex and Bruce as well as your geckos, ants, and jumping spiders, and your KZbin numbers increase to match the quality of your output.

thank you :) and yes you're going to be able to provide so many cool hiding places, things to climb, etc :)

I've never owned a pvc tamk, but I know one benefit is that they're much lighter than glass tanks😊 so the extra effort of sealing the edges is worth it😁 also, there is one glass tank that I've seen that's the same size as your tank. It's by reptile one and I've seen it on eBay for like £300 ish😊

Hi Leopard Gecko, I have been following your content for a while now. Recently, from Frisco, Texas, I have been inspired by you, and many other animal tubers and wrote an editorial on a topic I think should be spread across the world: Before anyone buys or adopts an animal, the buyer should be given a background knowledge quiz, checking their knowledge of the animal's needs/care. I also want to greatly thank you for not only inspiring me to write this editorial, but also inspiring me to get a leopard gecko of my own. I think that with the help of influences like you and many others, this could be the first step in stopping animals like leopard geckoes from dying in the wrong hands. FYI, the editorial is going to be published into the Frisco Location, and maybe even actual news places. I can share with you the editorial and even the quiz format and maybe you could give some suggestions? I would also hope for you to help spread this topic. Once again, thank you for the inspiration!

I have watched your video for years and you have truly helped me however I’m struggling to remove some shed off my leopard geckos toes. I have done numerous baths which has removed some and used q-tips. However there is still stuck shed on 2 toes that I cannot get, he doesn’t allow me to hold him, he trashes and bites, he also won’t allow tweezers as he tries to eat them. Can I get some advice in removing this stuck shed please?

Thank you for this video. I will use your design as an inspiration once I get a Blue Tongue Skink. Just a question, do you plan to upgrade the cork bark to a bigger one once your Blue Tongue Skink gets bigger? Or are the cork barks' size enough for an adult?

Question : I just got my leo today and he’s in the middle of shedding, I have added a humid hide for him but he hasn’t seemed to go in it yet. He’s also too timid for me to hold him and try and pick some off. How should I help him get it off?

I'm assuming that wood is grapevine? I used some grapevine with one of my tarantula's on slightly damp substrate and within a few week the whole thing was covered in hairy mold. Anyone else had this problem? I recently got some neon day gecko's and wanted to use some in their terrarium but decided not to.
@leopardgeckotalk9 ай бұрын
There's driftwood, cork and maybe one piece of grapevine wood, however i haven't had any problems so far, it might be because its very warm over that side, so the ground isn't too damp. Also, if it does grow a little fuzz the isopods would likely eat it, but I'll keep an eye on it :)

Hey quick question, is that a normal socket? I have a very high humidity terrarium and struggling with heat at the moment.

Should you use calcium with or without d3 or both for a leopard gecko when dusting it's feeders? Some say leave calcium without d3 in the tank and dust the feeders with calcium with d3 I'm kind of confused on the topic any information would be very much appreciated. Also your videos a great I love them

Very nice build indeed. Just for sure though - Isn't one of the plants you used aglaonema? If so, are you sure it is safe for blue tongue skink? These are toxic but I could be wrong in identifying the plant.
@leopardgeckotalk9 ай бұрын
Thanks :) and nope, we have crotons, ferns and a spider plant :)
@martinvlach69129 ай бұрын
@@leopardgeckotalk I see. It has similar looking leaves. Was about to get inspired but I see that also crotons are toxic 🙁 so I will skip them at least where some damage can happen to them or where kept could eat it
