Really appreciate the shout out and link lee !! Thank you very much ! That wood looks fantastic and is going to be a belter in a week or two ! Really looking forward to seeing what you get from there in the future, especially like the path shot ! Your bluebells are a week ahead of ours down here I reckon ! Thanks again mate

Thank you mate, your vlog gave me the kick up the backside I needed to get out, even for a scout! I am sure others will certainly relate as I did. It looked pretty promising to start with a touch of mist and the rain just came from nowhere !

Yes I watched Daniels video. I think with bluebells I tend to visit on multiple occasions and try different Times of the day. I’m lucky to have 2 woodlands very near me to work with and that I know really well. You can certainly see the potential. Look forward to your revisit. 👍

Thanks Steve , this woodland is probably the best for bluebells near me and is about a 45 min drive. Thunk they are slightly later this year than last. This woodland however is very tightly planted and compositions are really difficult to find. I find I don't have as much time as I would like to do the whole photography thing justice , work , d.i.y and family seem to take up a lot of time , just not enough hours in the day at the moment. Look forward to seeing what you get this year. All the best mate 👍

Beautifully captured first image before the rain Lee and despite the weather it looks a great spot - I’ve just come across a spot locally where there is an abundance of bluebells and the first are just coming into bloom after a recce down there on Wednesday so hopefully be back there in the next week or two. Hope the rain subsides but looking a the forecast it’s set for a while (at Least it is up north) All the best and I’ll check out the link 👍🏻

Thanks Andrew, it's a nice location for bluebells , the woodland is very heavily planted and I do struggle with compositions . Look forward to seeing what you capture and yes Daniels channel is well worth a watch , some stunning images , and a really nice guy . Sure you will enjoy it .

felt for you at the end mate, soaked through and the realisation that it ain't going to happen - we've all been there of course but it is crap when it happens.....like you say though chalk it up to scouting and make it worth while. Reckon you'll nail some bangers there in a couple weeks time.

Such a shame that it rained, we've had so such, here in Kent in the last few weeks. Another couple of places for bluebells, is Covert Wood at Barham, Madams Wood, a bit further on, and Lyminge Forest, especially the part running parallel to Stone Street, on the mountain biker trail. Hardly anyone goes in this part, so its very much untouched.

Shame about the rain Lee, as that first image was cracking. Still good images thereafter, though you lost that nice mist you had in the first one. Can't control the weather though - looking forward to seeing what you come up with if you manage to get out on a sunnier day. 🙂

Thanks mate, when I was driving the mist looked like it was going to be really good but faded pretty quickly , that rain just got really heavy and impossible to film anything , Hope to return and hope for better weather 👍

Congratulations on what I think is the first bluebell video of the year. I was thinking, is it really that time of the year again! I think you were being a little bit over-critical. You got some great compositions, hopefully the weather plays fair next time.
