DUCK AND POTATO CURRY / DUCK STEW

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
2 bay leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
5 cloves
4 green cardamom pods
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
1 large onion, sliced
1 and 1/2 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
1kg duck curry pieces
1 tsp of ground coriander
3/4 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of ground red chilli
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1 ghost chilli pepper
1 tsp of meat masala (ready made )
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
