On the topic of taking on debt: this will be my second full season on my own. I ran the whole first year with a Toro push mower in my trunk. This year has proven to me that a) I can make this work, and b) how much debt I can afford to take on. This season, I'm planning to take out around a $10k loan to get a good mower, truck and trailer. (the truck may be an entirely separate thing) and a bit of operating cash to get started. The debt I'm taking on, I already know I can afford to repay without taking too much of an L. Anyone considering taking on debt, understand that debt, like a mower or spray rig, is a tool. If used properly, it can help, but used incorrectly, it can ruin your life.

what company did you go with to market your fb page? We have been in business 24 years doing everything possible but now have scaled down and looking to get into nothing but spraying turf. Has been slower than normal picking these customers up compared to other services. Looking at other ways to advertise. Have ads on fb that do ok but not great
