I've worked on charter boats most of my life and made a lot of money cleaning fish and I think that I do a excellent job and so does everyone who let's me clean their fish but I have to say that I've never seen anyone as good as Corey. Definitely a Five Star job. I'd even let him clean mine. Great video

To get a good cleaned fish you need a good fish to begin with. Whoever brought those in took care of their catch when they got it off the hook.

I could not disagree more about fish processors in San Diego You have to make an appointment which is either done via a voicemail or text You don’t get any confirmation from them either I have taken my tuna directly to the processors before and have them refuse taking it. If you don’t know somebody at one of these places, then forget it. I was on the first Legend 2 day trip this year and several anglers had made reservations with 5 star, but when the boat arrived they didn’t bother to show up. I have had similar experiences with all the processors The captain of our boat had to call the owner to get them to come down. If you are a private boater, don’t waste your time They will simply ignore you and if you show up at their door they will refuse to take your fish My fish has been rejected so many times, I don’t even bother trying anymore. Glad you caught some fish, but let’s get real
