Watching and hearing that electric filet knife brought back a memory of my grandpa when he would filet our fish. I can still smell that sweet grassy smell that the fish have. Over 30 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday. I appreciate y’all bringing that memory back for me.

Looks good. In Louisiana we leave them on the bone and soak in Mustard with a little hot sauce and water. Then use a light coating of fish fry. Not sure if you ever tried it that way. First time I’ve ever watched your show and really enjoyed it. Will continue to watch it.

Gabe, I enjoy your videos immensely. I live in a semi-arid area of the US quite a distance from any ocean and not many rivers or lakes near either so your videos are fun to watch and satisfy an itch at least a little. The main thing I appreciate are the simpler videos you do like this one that us commoners can identify with doing. Not that flying off to Tahiti wouldn't be fun to watch or bagging a 1000-pound tuna, but I prefer the videos I can identify with. Don't forget us common folk and keep up the good work. Thanks! If you are the Skipper of the boat and you are in the back,then back in and leave the other person in the front of the boat. Then you can get all the fish and it won't matter how long his fishing pole is. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe

Ole buddy was bringin em in.. But, you were setting up the camera's and getting different angles. Filming, operating the trollin motor, and fishing is busy work. Doing KZbin isn't a Gravytrain it's busy. For me no better tastin fish than crappie. Now i'm hankerin for some crappie fillets. Dang it Gabe hahaha. As for supporting local business's that's a solid. I also absolutely love the ACC crappy stixs and is the only fishing pole I use for pan fish and some bass fishing and walleyes!!! You definitely can not beat an ACC crappy stix for the durability they put out for sure!!! Absolutely swear bye them!!!!!
