That water looks great, our AC quit on us this week but I'm not going to complain because we have a window unit and are all camping out in our room. It could be a lot worse. I cry just thinking about all the homeless that are in these conditions day in and out. Lobster is my favorite seafood treat. Great trick I learned in Mexico regarding "the poop shoot" Break off one of the lobster's antenna, push into poop shoot, pull it out, throw it away. Best de-veining ever.
